About the Position: This position is a wonderful opportunity for an early career conservationist to help build a growing organization. Clean Fairfax is considering part and full time applicants depending on experience and interest. The Assistant Coordinator has the opportunity to participate and lead in other aspects of the organization if interested. The organization has recently launched its Litter Free Virginia (litterfreeva.org) initiative, a coalition of two dozen conservation organizations and Virginia residents to focus on litter prevention through local and state legislation. Clean Fairfax is also building a program to encourage corporate sustainability in the county and this position will likely help on that project.
