About the Position: Responsible for front-desk operations for the Delegation; Welcome Tasks – organises travel and hotel accommodation for staff and visitors and their related documents, including arrangement of visas for professional travel, and renewing US visas for mobile staff; Ensures the reconciliation of travel and supply expenditures with monthly report. Full Time, Temporary.
Special Requirements/Qualifications: 2-year degree. English required, Spanish or French an asset.
Estimated Salary: $24/hour
