About the Position: The Accounting Assistant works closely with all members of our team to help maintain accurate financial records. A successful candidate will be internal-control minded with good attention to detail and enjoy the flexibility and adaptability required in a growing organization. This is a part-time (20 hours per week) position with flexible hours.

Special Requirements/Qualifications: CCYJ seeks a team member who will thrive in a fast-paced, friendly, and collaborative environment. Additionally, an ideal candidate will have:

  • A strong track record of professional integrity and reliability; Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.
  • Associate’s Degree in accounting or related discipline, or the equivalent combination of education and work experience. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
  • At least 1 year experience in accounts payable, QuickBooks experience is a plus.

Estimated Salary: $18 – $24/hour + benefits (fully paid health care premiums, an Orca Pass, Paid Time Off, Sick Leave, Holiday Pay and Floating Holiday Pay)
