Palmer Staffing is seeking an Administrative Assistant for a DC government housing agency. This is a long term opportunity. Pay $22-24/hour. M-F, 40 hours a week.

About the Position: The primary duties of this temporary assignment will include the following tasks:
. Provide overall administrative support for the implementation of the Limited Equity Cooperative Task Force;
. Coordinate scheduling and preparation of task force members for meetings;
. Coordinate with the chair the preparation of meeting materials;
. Send meeting materials as required by Open Meetings Act;
. Help synthesize recommendations for draft report; and
. Support the writing of the final report.

Special Requirements/Qualifications: The ideal candidate should have experience writing research papers, working and/or leading committees, and great administrative skills. A background in housing issues would be preferred though not necessary. If you have the experience the client is seeking, please send your resume for consideration. Estimated Salary: $22-24/hour
