Details and Requirements: The Development Associate is responsible for providing direct support to the development team in ensuring effective fundraising strategies and tactics are maintained. Required Qualifications: Some college with at least two (2) years of experience in an office environment preferred; Highly creative, flexible, adaptable and a self-starter; Personal commitment to RAINN’s mission and values; Discretion when dealing with sensitive information and ability to discuss issues surrounding sexual violence. Must successfully complete a criminal background check (administered by RAINN) ~ Desired Qualifications: Experience working with Salesforce or another customer relationship management system a plus; Experience with financial record-keeping a plus.
