The Legal Administrative Assistant (LAA) provides a full range of administrative and program support for the legal department of the Conservancy’s West-Central Division

QUALIFICATIONS: Associate’s Degree plus 1-year experience or equivalent combination; Experience providing administrative support including some or all of the following: phones/customer service, mail distribution, equipment maintenance, coordinating travel arrangements and meetings, organizing files or related activities; Experience working and communicating with a wide range of people; Experience writing, editing, and proofreading written materials. DESIRED: Experience operating technology and software necessary for virtual working environment; Ability to analyze available information for the purpose of preparing reports and solving problems; Experience with implementing records retention schedules and/or file destruction timetables; Experience with database management and/or experience with Sharepoint; Familiarity with standard business communications; Experience working in a law firm, corporate legal department or other legal environment; Cross-cultural experience. The salary range for this position is $35,000 – $39,000, depending on qualifications.
