About the Organization: FLIA cultivates the next generation of social sector leaders by placing fellows with youth organizations to work on youth program. YSS provides prevention, treatment, and transition programming and services to children, youth and families in Iowa.
About the Position: You will develop the framework of YSS University, a diverse and well-rounded training curriculum based on the needs of YSS, to ensure continued use and success of YSS University, attend pre-fellowship training retreat in Chicago, IL from May 20-25, 2019 (expenses covered) and fundraise $500 (with guidance from FLIA)
