About the Position: This is a temporary maternity leave coverage position expected to run from November 26 through approximately March 31, 2019. The ideal candidate will facilitate the growth and development of the Work & Travel USA program by assisting host clients and student participants with questions and issues that may arise. This heavily administrative position will also be responsible for creating and tracking surveys, drafting messaging to participants, creating and curating photo contests, tracking and modifying marketing messages to various client segments, and composing reports on surveys and other data gathered. 35-hour work week – M-F 9:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m.; 1-hour lunch break – Earned Health Time Off

Special Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Strong writing, communication, and organizational background; Strong presentation skills
  • Experience with developing and marketing programs/services
  • Experience with social media and analytics
  • Experience with database administration
  • Experience with marketing, career services, human resources, staffing, program development
  • Strong people skills with strong sense of tact and diplomacy
  • Experience traveling/living abroad helpful

Estimated Salary: $20 – $24/hour, 35 hours/week
