About the Position: As an intern in the Customer Success division of CareDox, you will…
- Become a subject matter expert on CareDox’s platforms, the K-12 education technology industry, and the major issues faced by teachers, nurses, schools and districts
- Support parents through the health enrollment process
- Support nurses in becoming experts in student health management
- Help implement our product in districts across the county
- Help existing clients understand the benefits of purchasing add-on features
Special Requirements/Qualifications: Ideal candidates come to CareDox with…Excellent computer skills including proficiency in all MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and/or Google Apps suite, knowledge of Slack and Asana is a plus
Estimated Salary: $2,500/month for full-time work. This works out to about $15.63/hour
