The Case Manager is responsible for all aspects of service delivery to newly arrived refugees. This position requires flexibility and close coordination with other staff and outside service programs to ensure that all core services are met. This position reports to the Field Office Director in Albany, NY.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in providing resettlement services is strongly preferred
• Fluency in second language (e.g. Farsi, Pashto, Swahili, Burmese, Karen, or Arabic) is preferred
• Must have a valid driver’s license, insurance, clean driving record and personal transportation
