Details and Requirements: ONE is a campaigning and advocacy organization of more than nine million people around the world taking action to end extreme poverty and preventable disease, particularly in Africa. Whether lobbying political leaders in world capitals or running cutting-edge grassroots campaigns, ONE pressures governments to do more to fight AIDS and other preventable, treatable diseases in the poorest places on the planet. We empower small-holder farmers, expand access to energy, and combat corruption to ensure governments are accountable to their citizens. The Junior Data Analyst is a junior-level professional role and will serve as an individual contributor within the field of marketing data, insights and analytics to increase our impact and inform strategy. The ideal candidate will have an educational background and some work experience in statistical analysis, databases and/or marketing analytics. WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU: Bachelor’s Degree in a related field; Experience in a data analytics role; Experience managing data using CRM systems and SQL; Advanced Excel experience, including using pivot tables; Experience with Google Analytics, Facebook Insights and other digital analytics tools; Experience with data extraction and data cleaning; Strong written and verbal communicator; comfortable translating analytics findings to non-technical audiences; Ability to present analytical results visually for external stakeholders, preferably having used data visualization tools such as Tableau; Past digital campaigning experience is a plus; Related work history in poverty and infectious disease alleviation, advocacy, policy, legislation and/or demonstrable interest in the causes ONE supports. Fluency in English required. Fluency in other languages such as French or German highly preferred.
