Details and Requirements: The Charles H. Revson Foundation is an independent, nonprofit grantmaking organization founded in 1956 with a commitment to “the spread of knowledge” and “the improvement of human life,” making grants in the areas of urban affairs, education, Jewish life, and biomedical research. This position offers the opportunity to learn about grantmaking and nonprofits while developing many vital professional skills in a small, friendly, supportive, collaborative, and intellectually stimulating office environment where high-quality work, professional/career development, and work-life balance are valued. The Office and Program Assistant handles the Foundation’s day-to-day operations and logistics, assists the president, and contributes to program work. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required; 1-2 years applicable experience preferred; Experience with WordPress, Acrobat, databases a plus; Interest in philanthropy, nonprofits, and the Foundation’s program areas.
