The International Paralegal assists in providing legal services for the Latin America/Caribbean region and ensuring that transactions and activities are legally sound and consistent with TNC’s mission, authority, policies, and procedures. They are able to effectively articulate basic legal concepts and internal policies and procedures to others.
QUALIFICATIONS: Associate’s degree OR equivalent coursework and/or relevant work experience; Experience conducting research in legal resources; Written and spoken fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese (both desired); Experience working across cultures. DESIRED: Bachelor’s degree; Relevant administrative experience (contracts administration, corporate filings, transactions, regulatory compliance); Knowledge of SharePoint and database management.
