Details and Requirements: For Our Future 501c(4)/PAC is a people-driven organization committed to serving progressive values and causes that are larger than ourselves. By working with local leaders and organizations, we will create permanent and lasting change all around us. Seeking full-time salaried Organizers for an aggressive organizing and canvassing program throughout the commonwealth. Organizers will be responsible for executing the statewide field plan in their assigned region. Positions last through November 2018. Qualifications: Community organizing experience preferred but not required; Knowledge of Virginia’s political landscape or experience in Virginia preferred; Proficiency in a second language (preferably Spanish) a plus; Ability to be flexible and work long and irregular hours in a fast paced, metrics-driven work environment; Must have reliable access to a vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
