Details and Requirements: Center for Victims (CV) is looking for a dedicated individual to work as a VOD Specialist. This position is responsible for processing all referrals to the Victim Offender Dialogue Program (VOD). The VOD Specialist works with the VOD volunteer facilitators to schedule and monitor all cases within the program. The VOD Specialist, in collaboration with CV’s Restorative Justice Coordinator oversees implementation and overall direction of the VOD Program. Conducting client interviews, processing referrals and continued follow up/case management is required. Additional duties include data entry, tracking of clients/volunteers, collecting and compiling data for statistical reports and providing victim assistance curriculums and trainings. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent of related work experience. Prior experience in Conflict Resolution/Mediation and Facilitation desired. Applicant must possess a valid driver’s license and access to readily available and reliable transportation. Access to a personal cell phone required. Criminal Background, PA Child Abuse and FBI Clearances submitted. This position is a full time position with benefits.
