Details and Requirements: We are currently seeking qualified candidates for the position of Program Intern for the USAID-funded project, Linkages Across the Continuum of HIV Services for Key Populations Affected by HIV (LINKAGES), under the President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR) Initiative. The Intern will join the program management & operations team with a focus on support to LINKAGES country programs in Africa. S/he will provide administrative and programmatic support. This internship is a unique opportunity to develop further project management skills and to learn about HIV Key Populations programming ~ Qualifications: At least 2 years of college experience (Associate’s or 2 years of Bachelor’s); Ability to speak a foreign language (especially French) is a plus; Prior work experience in a non-governmental organization (NGO). Preferred: Experience in international development or program backstopping; Experience or interest working abroad; Experience or demonstrated interest working in multi-cultural professional settings. Available 3-5 days a week, Full-time availability preferred.
