Details and Requirements: You are interested in cross-cultural connections, and may even have personal experiences that draw you to our mission. You enjoy collaborating with diverse groups of people in local and international settings, and are a pro at balancing the varying needs of multiple parties. You’ve worked with youth in either formal or informal education settings. You’ve used dialogue, facilitation, or mediation in educational settings and have experience training or guiding groups to use new tools. You understand working in an international office requires flexibility in work hours to accommodate time zone differences. In your work, you are organized, but also leave room for adaptability, as you know things don’t always turn out as planned. You have 1-3 years of work experience and/or a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. You are a global nomad.
