Details and Requirements: Member Support: Updating and enhancing site visit process and schedule, developing a robust training and service project calendar, Facilitating member-led committees, Improving upon current orientation practices including updates for differing PSO experiences, enhancing current on-boarding practices, and providing general peer support. Member Recruitment: Developing improved marketing materials and strategies, seeking out new advertising avenues, developing presentations for local clubs and schools, development of firm recruitment schedule + improvement to current processes. Site Recruitment: Building on existing site recruitment materials and processes, developing new site recruitment marketing materials + presentations. Site Supervisor Support: Auditing current site supervisor handbook, training materials, and practices, proposing recommendations for future training & improved support. Reporting: Auditing current reporting tools and data gathering practices
