Details and Requirements: Candidates with excellent writing, administrative and research skills are invited to apply for a full-time Program Associate position at the Better Business Bureau and its Education and Research Foundation. BBB program areas include charity accountability, fraud prevention, educational content and program development, and promotion of responsible business practices. Candidates should have solid writing and research ability; excellent interpersonal skills; general understanding of social media; a good phone manner; facility with numbers; good record-keeping skills. Prior office experience and college degree required. Demonstrated interest in and knowledge of nonprofit work is preferred. Prior marketing experience, familiarity with programs such as Constant Contact, and bilingual Spanish-English fluency are not required but would be helpful.
