Details and Requirements: The ideal candidate will have a passion for making a difference in the lives of disadvantaged youth and is interested in implementing a youth program. The mission of Teen Success, Inc. is to help underserved teen mothers and their children become educated, self-sufficient, valued members of society. Teen Success, Inc. uses an evidence and research-informed model that is grounded in a youth development framework to support teen mothers in graduating from high school, pursuing post-secondary education, avoiding further unplanned pregnancies and nurturing their child’s appropriate development in order to break the cycle of intergenerational poverty. We strongly believe that having a baby as a teen is not a permanent barrier to success in school or in life. Part-time 20 hr/wk, $22-24 hourly, competitive benefits, paid time off.
