Details and Requirements: Completion of PGDM/MBA/MSW/BSW, Rural studies, Gandhi fellowship or other similar programs which demonstrate a strong commitment to the social sector; Experience in consulting or partner relations role a plus; 1-2 years work or volunteering experience in the social development sector; Strong oral and written communications skills in English and Hindi; Comfortable managing and reporting data in Microsoft excel; Experience with data management and/or CRM tools such as Salesforce, Insightly etc. preferred; Above all, be relentlessly resourceful and a persuasive written and verbal communicator. Awaaz.De is open to candidates with or without any educational qualification. Ultimately, we care about how much financial and social value you can create more so than a name on a diploma. Compensation: Rs. 25,000-35,000/month or commensurate with value to the company.
