Details and Requirements: P2L: Pathways to Leadership seeks a Restorative Justice Coordinator to lead the restorative justice initiative at Spring Creek Community School. Responsibilities will include working closely with the principal to design and implement the initiative, training staff in RJ practices and support them in healthy student engagement, and mentoring student leaders to model RJ practices and facilitate circles with their peers. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Education, Psychology, or Social Work, familiarity with restorative justice practice, and prior work experience in NYC schools, or similar institutions.
