If so, New Profit wants to talk to you about an exciting opportunity to join us as an Associate, Portfolio Performance & Support. New Profit is a pioneering venture philanthropy fund. The Associate role is an entry-level role that will also provide operational support to the team.
Who we are looking for: You are interested in the use of data to improve social programs (monitoring, evaluation, quality improvement, etc. Could be qualitative or quantitative.). Our ideal candidate has some experience in these areas. Database experience is a bonus too; You have sharp analytical skills like assessing situations, identifying trends, developing solutions, and generalizing learnings; You have moderate to advanced MS Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables); You have an unwavering commitment to service and a customer orientation; You’re committed to social change.
