Details and Requirements: The Fellow will support all of CNAY’s four core areas of work through research, communication, report drafting, and event planning efforts aimed at improving the lives of young people in tribal and urban Indian communities. Applicants must have demonstrated strong interest and experience working with American Indian and Alaska Native peoples. Undergraduate degree required; Current post-graduate or graduate students in field related to project management, communications and/or Native American studies welcome; Some professional/internship experience preferred; Strong communications skills, including experience with social media and the ability to communicate in various formats; Skills in research and presenting information through clear and succinct writing; Experience conducting online research and analysis; Commitment to applying values of diversity, equity and inclusion in work, learning, and community experiences. CNAY fellowships range from 9 to 18-month commitments, depending on the particular candidate, and will be a full-time position.
