Details and Requirements: Oregon Rural Action is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization working to promote social justice, agricultural and economic sustainability. Qualifications: Fluent English and Spanish speaker; Experience in and passion for community organizing; Commitment to progressive values, social justice; Demonstrated ability to work well with people from a variety of backgrounds; Familiarity with public policy processes; Knowledge of rural Oregon communities, people, and issues. Salary $30,000 – $35,000 to start, $500/mo health care stipend, generous benefits.
