Details and Requirements: IREX is an independent nonprofit organization dedicated to building a more just, prosperous, and inclusive world by empowering youth, cultivating leaders, strengthening institutions, and extending access to quality education and information. IREX seeks an entry-level Program Associate for its Leadership Practice to support youth leadership development programs.
Bachelor’s degree in international education, international affairs, international development, or related field required; Experience with, and interest in, youth leadership, international education, higher education development programs; Knowledge of, and experience with, project design, grant management, proposal development, and budgeting; International study, work, or living experience; Knowledge of Pakistan and/or South Asia; Excellent inter-cultural and interpersonal communication skills, Urdu language proficiency preferred
