Details and Requirements: WithinReach’s Bilingual Outreach & Enrollment Specialists serve as the first contact point for Washington families and individuals seeking information about public benefits and local resources. They connect families to food assistance programs, health insurance, child development and other resources.
Required Qualifications: AA in health and human services or related field, 1-3 years of experience working directly with low-income families; BA preferred. Bilingual Spanish speaker strongly preferred, Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work and communicate effectively with people of diverse cultural, ethnic, linguistic and socioeconomic backgrounds; Strong knowledge of food and health assistance programs in Washington State, like Basic Food, WIC, and Children’s Medicaid preferred. Salary & Benefits: $18.50 Hourly Rate/ Salary $38,480; Full-Time, 40 hours/week.
