Details and Requirements: Nonpartisan, grassroots organization dedicated to restoring core values of American Democracy, reinventing an open, honest, and accountable government that works for the public interest, and empowering ordinary people to make their voices heard. This is an entry-level position on a dynamic, high-performing team with provided career development and on-the-job training. This position has significant career growth opportunity. Ideal candidates will have: strong understanding of digital, politics, and the intersection of the two; Demonstrated experience (as staff, volunteer or intern) using digital for advocacy or marketing for a nonprofit, cause or campaign; Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities, including long-term projects and breaking/urgent tasks; Ability to work cross-departmentally to forge agreement between multiple stakeholders; Willingness and capability to learn new skills and tools quickly; Bonus: Working knowledge of HTML/CSS, jQuery, or other web design/development tools; A background in community, student, or campaign organizing, particularly among traditionally underrepresented groups; Experience with Canva, Photoshop, WordPress and Action Network.
