Details and Requirements: A top-tier Illinois State Senate campaign in the western suburbs of Chicago is seeking a Field Director and Field Organizers. We are searching for qualified individuals to direct and engage in voter contact and volunteer recruitment. This is a competitive race with an exciting first-time female candidate in a district that hasn’t seen a Democratic challenger in a decade, and field will be essential to win this election.

The Field Director will be responsible for:
Developing and implementing the campaign field plan; Overseeing field organizers and volunteers; Manage and ensure proper data entry

Field Director and Organizers will be responsible for:
Direct voter contact via door-to-door canvassing, phone calls, texts, emails, and letters; Organizing Volunteer Networks and recruiting, managing and training volunteers; Campaign Office Operations; Data Entry/Management; Community Outreach; Preparing canvass and phonebank materials; Representing the campaign at events; Assisting with and writing media and opinion media

Requirements:
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask; Strong interpersonal skills, as well as written & verbal communication; Willingness to learn; Able to work independently and with a team; Familiarity with Vote Builder, Mini Van, Hustle, or G Suite is a plus; Valid driver’s license and reliable access to a vehicle; Working laptop and phone; Ability to work long and irregular hours

Salary: $2,000.00 to $3,000.00 /month
