Details and Requirements: BA/BS degree; Looking for an outstanding professional who is able to create and sustain relationships with volunteers, colleagues and board members. This position offers the right person, the opportunity to work for an organization that is making a real impact in the lives of young girls that is growing at a rapid pace. Women and men are welcome to apply. Candidates do NOT need to be runners. This is a part-time 25 hour/week position with potential to grow to more hours over the next few years. Position will work from home and receive computer needs from GOTRi. All weekly in-person staff meetings, seasonal coach trainings, bi-monthly board meetings and other events based in Greater Hartford, specifically West Hartford.
