Details and Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience; experience/demonstrated skills in fundraising, grant writing, community relations, event planning, outreach, or related work; passionate about helping diverse children and families; has excellent professional written skills, including the ability to write persuasively; Possesses the ability to work well with diverse others and foster collaboration; has strong working knowledge of computer programs: database applications, basic web design, etc. This is a new position that will allow a creative, energetic person to jump into our organization and expedite our current fundraising and marketing activities, as well as assist in the creation of new sources of funding. The Associate will plan one or more fundraising events each year and assist with grant research, writing, and administration. Additionally, they will create new marketing materials, press releases, and manage the website and social media, helping us to increase knowledge of and support for our work on behalf of diverse youth.
