Details and Requirements: Exciting entry-level professional opportunity for a Bachelor’s level direct human service provider with a passion for working with children, adolescents and families. This position includes the provision of home based and/or outreach case management, counseling, advocacy, and skill building with youth/families. Counselors/ case managers work hand in hand with youth/ families to help them optimize their functioning and connect to long term community supports. Collaboration with other social service providers is an integral part of the work. Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, or a related field. We are looking for candidates who are ready to grow professionally, learn new skills, and make a difference for children and families. Driver’s license and car necessary. Six miles north of Boston.
