Details and Requirements: B.S. in Social Work, Psychology or Public Health related fields or at least 2 years of working with people of trans experience. Must have drivers license, car, insurance. The ideal candidate would be proficient in English and Spanish; successfully work with people of trans and gender nonconforming experience and their employment needs; knowledgeable about trans subcultures, workforce development strategies and be able to work in collaboration with our grant partners; Ability to work with diverse communities (e.g. multi-gender, ethnic, generation, lingual, Lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, substance use); Basic knowledge of Social Determinants, HIV/AIDS, and related issues ~ Preferred: Bilingual in Spanish and English, Knowledge of Asian and Pacific Islander Communities; Knowledge of behavior change interventions
