Details and Requirements: Organic gardening and/or farming experience, knowledge and skills in small-scale urban gardening including, basic science, biology, and nutrition; Be able to identify and prioritize garden activities, lead by example and effectively communicate tasks to participants; Should be physically fit to meet the demands of gardening such as weeding, harvesting, digging, and able to lift a minimum 50 lbs regularly; Ability to supervise and relate to youth and work positively in teams
