Details and Requirements: Technology-based service organization whose mission is to increase the number of historically underrepresented students who graduate from our nation’s colleges and universities. Seeking passionate and talented recent college graduates (since 2015) to work as college coaches to guide a caseload of college students virtually – via phone, video chat, text, social media, and email. Coaches help students navigate their transition from high school to college and improve their effectiveness inside and outside of the classroom. Start June 2018, 2-year commitment. Beyond 12 is a technology-based service organization whose mission is to increase the number of historically underrepresented students who graduate from our nation’s colleges and universities. Experience working with students from under-resourced communities and those who are the first in their families to attend college, strongly preferred.
