Details and Requirements: Newly hired Organizers without previous union organizing experience begin with a two-month apprenticeship program. Must have valid driver’s license, a car, and willingness to travel and work on the road as required within Pennsylvania. SEIU Healthcare Pennsylvania provides mileage reimbursement at the Federal rate and lodging when working away from home.
