Details and Requirements: Community Health Workers focus on improving health where clients live, work, learn and play. They may provide navigational, case management, and home- or community-based services.
We seek individuals with knowledge of the challenges faced by low-income Rhode Islanders, and commitment to addressing them. High School Diploma or GED equivalent required. Must possess a valid, current state issued driver’s license, have reliable transportation and proof of current auto insurance required.
